Jackson, WY to Park City, UT

Trip miles 4360
Daily miles 323

We left Jackson Thursday morning for Utah. Junior Nomad had a plane to catch from Salt Lake and I was spending the night in Park City. We again decided to take the road less traveled and take the scenic route. After being briefly delayed by the local constabulary we entered Idaho.

Idaho definitely has wide open spaces and feels very sparsely populated. There wasn't much to aim the camera at. This is the most evocative picture I have.

It was sad to see Junior Nomad go at SLC. Not only would I miss his company but there would be far fewer pictures for the blog. He may make a guest appearance later in the story though...

Park City was very pleasant. Main Street had a good selection of bars and restaurants.

And of course a chairlift.

I'd never seen a chairlift in a town center before.
